We currently pay €25 to €60 per candidate who is placed in an interview with our team and successfully passes the first interview stage (approximately 70% of candidates pass the first interview).
In addition, for every 10 candidates you submit who successfully pass the interview with our team, you will receive a €200 bonus.
In addition, we offer a bonus of €400 to €1,500 for each candidate who is ultimately hired by our clients. Please note that recruitment processes in our industry is usually between one month and two months
For this collaboration to be successful, we generally expect a minimum of 3 qualified candidates per week for hard-to-fill roles, and at least 4 candidates per week for moderately difficult roles. In practice, this typically requires between 1.5 and 3 hours per day dedicated to sourcing activities.
