Welcome to the Demexios submitting application page. You recently applied on LinkedIn for our Freelance Talent Sourcer / Recruiter opportunity. I would like to share some additional information about this collaboration. We would be very pleased to welcome you to our growing team of freelance partners. 🙂 We are two co-founders (Julien Revillot and Matthieu Konarzewski) of Demexios, a Recruitment and consulting agency, mostly partnering with Space and Defense companies.

Introduction to the commission based mission

Below you will find detailed information regarding the current mission: - You don't need a company to work with us. - This is a commission-based mission, fully remote. We pay you a commission when you find a candidate that fits the job requirements and that we (Demexios team) validate during the first call. - You are not required to work full-time. You may work part-time and source candidates whenever your schedule allows it. In fact, we recommend approaching this mission as a part-time activity. - Mandatory: You will need an active subscription to LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. LinkedIn Recruiter Lite offers a 30-day free trial. - We also strongly recommend subscribing to an AI tool (ChatGPT, Grok, etc.) We mainly work with partners in the Space and Defense industries. Typical roles include Systems Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Supply Chain specialists, R&D engineers, and similar technical profiles.

Commission and Bonus

We currently pay €25 to €60 per candidate who is placed in an interview with our team and successfully passes the first interview stage (approximately 70% of candidates pass the first interview).
In addition, for every 10 candidates you submit who successfully pass the interview with our team, you will receive a €200 bonus. In addition, we offer a bonus of €400 to €1,500 for each candidate who is ultimately hired by our clients. Please note that recruitment processes in our industry is usually between one month and two months For this collaboration to be successful, we generally expect a minimum of 3 qualified candidates per week for hard-to-fill roles, and at least 4 candidates per week for moderately difficult roles. In practice, this typically requires between 1.5 and 3 hours per day dedicated to sourcing activities.

Performance

If you perform well during your first mission: â—Ź You will receive newly opened positions first â—Ź We will organize a dedicated interview with you to share additional insights on how to source effectively in our industry â—Ź Your bonus per successfully interviewed candidate will increase â—Ź You will gain access to multiple open roles simultaneously

Your mission:

Your role will be to identify and engage with relevant candidates online (LinkedIn, email, or other sourcing platforms) and present them with the job opportunity, which will be available on our website. If a candidate appears relevant and genuinely interested, you will schedule a first interview between the candidate and our team, that’s it. If the first interview with our team is validated as positive (meaning the candidate truly matches the requirements), you will receive your commission.

The process

The process is simple. We give a full job description with a lot of extra information, you source and find candidates; once they answer you with interest, you send us by email their Linkedin profile, so we can tell you if it is worthy for us to have a call with him/her, if yes, you set up a call in our agenda with the candidates. That's no more complicated than that :)

The recruitment commission ( €400 to €1,500 ) is paid if our client ultimately hires the candidate. We will keep you informed when a candidate you sourced is hired. We mainly work with partners in the Space and Defense industries.

Quick reminder:

To successfully source 3 to 4 candidates per week, it generally requires between 1.5 and 3 hours of sourcing activities per day. If you feel that you may not be able to commit to this level of time, which is completely understandable, it would be better not to proceed with the collaboration. Please also note that if we consistently observe low activity or insufficient results, we may need to pause or reassign the mission to another partner after a few weeks.
